How to apply for a mortgage...

Applications can be made by telephone, fax or mail.  The fastest and easiest is to simply call me and I can enter your information into our loan system - no forms to fill out!  I will complete your paperwork and fax or e-mail it to you for signature.

Documents needed:  Documentation requirements vary greatly depending the borrower's circumstances and the type of loan program.  Pay stubs, W-2 forms, bank statements and tax returns are among the usual documents needed.  Our No-income No-asset verification programs do not require these forms.  Please call to discuss what is needed for your loan.
