Documentation  (additional documents may be needed)

Income
Self employed - last 2 years tax returns
Employed - 30 days of pay stubs and last year's W-2 forms

Assets
Two months bank statements (all pages)
One month of investment and IRA statements (all pages)

Sales contract
Be sure to include all pages, contract must be signed by all parties

Refinance loans
In addition to the above,  deed, title insurance, survey, hazard and flood insurance
