Title may be held in the above for residential one to four family homes and
condominiums financed with one of our portfolio loans up to 80% loan to value
ratio. Use of property may even be owner occupied, second home or investment.
You do not have to pay the higher investor rates just because the property is in
the name of a corporation. If the property is going to be rented,
investment rates do apply.
