Application fee $0  ($295 deposit applied to other costs)
Appraisal fee (fee varies) $300

Funding and review fee $405
Payment processing fee $0  (without auto payment debit it would be: $200)

Owner's title insurance (optional) Not normally part of refinance
Lender's title insurance (required with mortgage).  Formula based on an existing owner's title insurance policy which is equal to or greater than the loan amount. The cost is usually $3.30 per thousand of loan amount plus 10% plus $25 to $100.  Add another 10% for waterfront property.
 Other title company fees $300  (these fees vary)
Florida document stamps, intangible tax and recording fee Loan amount X .0055 + $90
Survey (usually not needed if condo or existing survey available) $325  (survey fees vary greatly)
Overnight mail fees (title company) $50
Pest inspections and roof inspections are usually not required by the bank  

Pre-paid closing costs

Pre-paid interest This cost is based on the number of days remaining in the month that the loan closes.  It is the loan amount multiplied by the interest rate divided 365 and multiplied by the number of days.
Tax escrows.  Additional funds would usually be credited from seller for a pro-rata portion of the tax year. 2 to 13 months of real estate taxes.  There needs to be enough in the escrow account at the time the tax is due so that it can be paid in full + a safety margin.  Tax and insurance escrows are normally required on loans with 80% loan to value ratio or less.
