About The Loan Consultant                                                              

Bill Meyers is employed as a  mortgage loan consultant for one of the nation's largest residential lenders,   He has been a mortgage lending professional since 1985.   Prior to becoming a mortgage loan consultant he was a major account executive with a leading supplier of office equipment on the east coast of Florida.  Bill is a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania where he attended Temple University.   Florida has been his home since 1967. 

Bill is dedicated to helping you get the right loan for your individual situation.  He will personally see to it that your loan application is quickly and accurately evaluated.   The underwriting of loans at our mortgage banking office is both reasonable and flexible.  If for some reason a loan does not qualify under standard programs, we can also offer a portfolio loan which allows the bank to make a common sense decision that may be outside of secondary market guidelines.
