This index is probably the slowest moving of the adjustable
rate mortgage indexes. Based on the cost of money to savings banks in
California, Arizona and Nevada it is not as commonly used as in the past but you
can still obtain mortgage loans based on this slow moving index.
11th District Cost of Funds Index The monthly weighted average cost of
deposits and borrowings for savings institutions in the Federal Home
Loan Bank's 11th district, as made available by the Federal Home Loan
Bank of San Francisco.
